I was more skeptical with myself and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do it, especially after seeing how hard the sample boot camp class was. But the scheduled classes give you the motivation to keep going and the classes are fun. I have never seen these results before. I used to work out 3 times a week at the gym but even then I didn't see this type of results - my muscles are noticeably larger, I have lost fat in areas that I don't want it, but I'm actually eating more because my metabolism has picked up so much. I didn't know I could actually work myself this hard! I knew after the sample boot camp class that if I were to do this 2-3 times a week, there would be no way that I couldn't see results.
